Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist with over 17 years of experience providing nutrition counseling and education to clients. I have a passion for helping individuals heal their relationships with food and I specialize in the treatment of disordered eating as well as weight-inclusive medical nutrition therapy for individuals with diagnosed medical conditions.
I provide individualized, compassionate care and will work with you to help you reach your nutritional goals.
I'm based in Bozeman, Montana and see clients in person locally, as well as via telehealth throughout Montana, South Dakota, Texas, and Colorado.

Schedule your appointment by calling 406-637-7306 or request an appointment by following the link below. You'll receive your new client forms via your portal once confirmed.
Initial Visit and Assessment
Your first appointment is a 60-minute comprehensive assessment where we'll discuss your goals and concerns and create a personalized nutrition plan. Sessions are available via secure video call or in-person.
Follow-Up Appointments
Follow-up appointments run 30–60 minutes based on your needs and include progress check-ins, plan adjustments as needed, and ongoing support and guidance. Sessions are available via secure video call or in-person.
